A daily telephone call from one of our team to reassure you that somebody will check on you every day.

If your ‘Morning Call’ is not answered, we will call again in a few minutes.

If there is still no answer after a third call, we will telephone your agreed contact to help.

Are you lonely? Would you enjoy a regular social occasion where you could meet other people like you and make friends?

Then why not join a Contact the Elderly Group? There are groups in lots of places in the Highlands and new Groups can be started.

You would be picked up and taken out for afternoon tea.

VISITING SERVICE

If you are housebound or find it difficult to go out, we can try to arrange for you to receive a regular visit from a trained volunteer. The volunteer may have similar interests and hobbies to you.

You will be able to have a chat about times past and present and you may well find you become real friends.

If you might like to give some time to supporting and assisting with one or other of our free services, please complete and return the form indicating which service interests you. Someone will call you to have a chat about what is involved and to take it from there.

All our volunteers are Disclosure checked before starting to help. The Charity concerned arranges this.
